Session fees include Lori’s time and talent on location, as well as many hours spent in my digital darkroom. Each final image is personally hand-edited prior to displaying them in your online gallery. Sessions do not include photographic prints, digital images or additional products unless specifically stated in package details. These are purchased separately. Lori Mercer Photography has a $200 minimum portrait print purchase required per session (unless otherwise noted).
Standard Session— $125*
45-90 minute session, 20-30 (or more) images in an password-protected online gallery available for 10 days. Printed 5×7 keepsake proof books are no longer included but may be purchased at time of session for a reduced price of $25 each.
Newborn Session— $150*
Done in the home within the first 14 days of baby’s birth, 2-3 hour session, 20-30 (or more) images in an password-protected online gallery available for 10 days. May include immediate family ($25 for each extended family unit i.e. grandparents). Printed 5×7 keepsake proof books are no longer included but may be purchased at time of session for a reduced price of $25 each.
Mini Session— $75*
20-30 minute session, immediate family only (due to time constraints), 8-10 images in an online gallery. Mini sessions are not suitable for newborns. Keepsake proof books are not available with mini sessions. There is a $125 minimum portrait print purchase per session for mini sessions.
Multiple Session Packages
Need multiple sessions in one year? SAVE with Session Package Pricing! There is a $100 minimum portrait print purchase per session with Session Packages. Sessions must be completed within one year of first session. Printed 5×7 printed keepsake proof books are no longer included but may be purchased at time of session for a reduced rate of only $25 each. These are excellent for grandparents and other family members that may have limited internet capability. See package payment schedule below. Additional package payments must be made within 5 days of next scheduled session. **Package print credit may only be used toward a print collection or specialty products.
4 Session Package ($925+ Value)— $650*
Perfect for baby’s first year! – includes 4 standard sessions (your choice of time frames—newborn/ 4 months (smiling)/6-8 months (sitting)/12 months (standing) OR 3months/6months/9months/12mo nths are popular options). From each session you will receive 3 gift prints (our choice of size – 8×10 or smaller). From the newborn session or first session you are eligible to receive one high-resolution digital file (single image) OR 3 additional gift prints. At the completion of 4 sessions you get your choice of a10x20 storyboard OR $100 print credit*. To lock into this package pricing, a minimum payment of $200 is due to book your dates, an additional $225 is due at first session, and the remaining balance of $225 is due prior to your second session.
3 Session Package ($775+ Value)—$500*
Perfect for baby’s first year or families who want to do seasonal sessions! Includes 3 standard sessions (your choice of time frames—Newborn/6months/12months OR 4 months(smiling)/8 months(sitting)/12 months(standing) OR Spring/Fall/Birthday are most popular). From each session you will receive 3 gift prints (your choice of size – 8×10 or smaller). From the newborn session or first session you are eligible to receive one high-resolution digital file (single image) OR 3 additional gift prints. At the completion of 3 sessions you get your choice of a10x20 storyboard OR $100 print credit*. To lock into this package pricing, a minimum payment of $150 is due to book your dates, an additional $175 is due at first session, and the remaining balance of $175 is due prior to second session.
